Pieter Geldenhuys is the Director of the Institute for Technology, Strategy, and Innovation. He is an expert on harnessing new opportunities in the ever-changing business environment, made possible by leveraging new technology, social and business trends.
Pieter is an internationally-acclaimed Academic and presenter on Innovation and Technology Trends.
Geldenhuys is a futurist and strategist at some of the world’s leading Business schools, including London, Cornell and Duke.
He serves on the National Advisory Council on Innovation’s AI working group, aimed at guiding Government Policy.
He developed 10 university-registered programs in Technology Strategy, including the highly acclaimed AI Masterclass, as well as the Telecommunication and Fintech Masterclasses.
Pieter previously held the position of Technology Strategy advisor to the CEO of Vodacom, and served as Vice-Chair on the Innovation Focus Group at the International Telecommunication Union in Geneva, Switzerland.
